Open since March 2017, our ORAPI ACADEMY training centre offers a training programme for our employees and client-partners.
Located in Lyon, this flexible HR tool is completely adaptable depending on the needs: transferring key expertise between employees, integrating and training new staff, supporting and empowering older workers, professionalising teams as well as training clients.
Since March 2017, ORAPI ACADEMY has integrated several new employees and has had a good number of people participate in 1- to 5-day courses covering three major disciplines: industry know-how, management savoir-faire and soft skills, the objective being to develop skills, performance and mobility across our different trades.

Major themes are defined by divisions and bring together the Hygiene and Process (Industry and Transport) trades.
Through ORAPI ACADEMY, we have been able to develop multiple training programmes specific to each of these trades.
While the internal training is designed and developed by ORAPI ACADEMY with our own resources (trainer, site, educational content), we have also initiated a partnership with the IDRAC Business School in order to implement skills training to receive the best support possible and to have the training programmes approved by industry professionals.
This prominent recognition will allow our employees to receive a Professional Certificate of Qualification, recognised by government authorities.
When it comes to outside training, we enable our clients and partners to take training programmes focused on professional know-how and personalised according to their industry.
